Refund Policy

  1. The registration fee is not refundable.
  2. Students who are expelled are not eligible for a refund of any fees.
  3. Students who are sent home by Immigration Canada are not eligible for a refund of fees.

Students who have paid tuition can receive a refund before the first day of school as follows; greater than 2 months notice-65% of tuition fee; less than one month notice-35% of tuition fee; Class starts will be no refund.

Students can only get a refund of tution fees upon showing a rejection letter from Immigration Canada. Without this rejection letter there can be no refund.

Refund

  1. A 100% guaranteed refund (less $200 registration fee) by Royal Crown if any overseas student does not receive a student visa to study in Canada and once the school receives the following documents:
    1. An original letter from the student requesting a refund and stating the reasons for the refund.
    2. The original Letter of Acceptance.
    3. The original rejection letter from the Canadian Embassy.
  2. Internation Students for China Area (first year) must register as full-time students unless the student gets a special visa allowing part time study. Every year full time students must take at least 6 credits.,/li>
  3. Full time students pay the full semester fees even if taking 6 or 7 credits, only Grade 12 students who have 2 or less credits remaining may pat per credit.
  4. Students who have paid tuition can receive a refund before the first day of school as follows; greater than 4 months notice- 85% of tuition fees, greater than 3 months notice -70% of tuition fees, greater than 2 months-55%, greater than 1 months notice 35%, greater than 1 week notice 15% refund. There is no refund of tuition fees if there are less than 1 week's notice prior to school starting.
  5. Students may only choose only course offered by Royal Crown. Royal Crown reserves the right to cancel or substitute courses based on school resources. In this situation, if a student cannot find an acceptable substitute course, they may take an additional course in a future semester or they can get a full refund for the cousres cancelled or substituted.
